The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is the nation’s leading fitness program designed exclusively for older adults.  The purpose of Silver Sneakers program is to provide a universal fitness benefit for managed care organizations,  Medicare members through an exclusive network of contracted fitness centers and approved class sites only.  The Highland County Family YMCA is one of those sites!  If you are not sure if your insurance participates in the Silver Sneaker program, either call your insurance carrier or stop in with your insurance card and the Front Desk Staff can help you out.  See you in class!
