CARDIO & CONDITIONING CLASSES  

Consists of cardio along with strength training using free weights, elastic bands & the stability ball

Mondays  or Wednesday      6:15-7:15pm     Free to  members       Cost: $35 non-members per session

BASIC TRAINING  

Consists of various exercises to elevate your heart rate.

Tuesday        5:15-6:00pm    Free to  members                Cost: $35 non-members per session
KICKBOXING  

Incorporate punches, jabs, kicks & combinations.

Mondays        5:00-6:00pm    Free to  members               Cost: $35 non-members per session
PILATES WITH STABILITY BALL  

A unique combination of core muscle strength & flexibility training using a stability ball.

Wednesdays   5:15-6:00pm    Free to  members               Cost: $35 non-members per session
HATHA YOGA  

A gentle style of yoga benefiting posture, flexibility, strength & relaxation.  Bring your own floor mat & wear comfortable clothing.

Tuesdays        6:15-7:30pm     Cost: $20 members            $40 non-members
ZUMBA  

A combination of dance & exercise designed to put FUN back into fitness.  Aerobic Latin dance class

Thursday        6:15-7:00pm     Free to  members               $35 non-members
